HEAD CHEF RESTAURANTS
Our newly appointed Head Chef Restaurants, Cristiano Domingues is Brazilian born, whose impressive career in the hospitality industry has been based in Sydney upwards of 15 years.
Our new Head Chef's experience expands across a la carte restaurants, clubs & cafes.
Cristiano's first passion was perfecting Churrasco, the barbeque culture of the Gauchos originating in Brazil. His passion for creating enticing dishes remains an important part of his life since learning traditional cooking skills and of course culture with his Grand Father. Cristiano is married and has two young children aged 5 and 2.
He believes the most rewarding aspect of being Head Chef is leading his team and working with people who are also inspired with their culinary skills on a daily basis. The hospitality industry is a culturally rich and diverse industry, where there are constantly new concepts and skills which we can all learn from each other.
Cristiano enjoys designing and implementing menus which continue to bring a variety of cuisines and seasonal flavours to the table, and he looks forward to sharing the dishes he has created during this time of the hospitality industry's closure.
